Dr. Everett Hills,
Director, Board memberEverett Hills, MD, MS, brings over 30 years of physical rehabilitation medicine experience to GPMS.
Dr. Hills integrated his graduate engineering background and medical training to develop assistive devices to aid his patients and other individuals with disabilities.
He now specializes in prehabilitation to help patients better prepare for surgery throughfocused exercises and activities to improve physical function and mobility.
Dr. Sanjib Adhikary,
Co-founder and the President of the BoardSanjib Adhikary is a Professor in the Department of Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine at The Penn State college of medicine
He is also the vice chair for research and innovation and Division chief of regional anesthesia and acute pain medicine for the department of Anesthesiology and perioperative Medicine at Hershey, Pennsylvania.
He has more than 20yrs of experience in the perioperative field with several externally funded grants and innovations in medical devices. He is passionate about global outreach of perioperative medicine.
Graciela Matriccino,
Secretary, Board MemberGraciela Matriccino has a MS in Food Science and Technology and an extensive background in Quality Assurance as well as working knowledge of USDA and FDA regulations.
Through her career, Graciela has been involved in the startup of 3 facilities, bringing sound experience on team leadership as well as project management.
Dr. Sandip Savaliya,
Vice President of the BoardSandip Savaliya is a Neurosurgeon with fellowship training in minimally invasive and complex spine surgery.
Currently, he is working as a neurosurgeon at WellSpan Health, Pennsylvania. He has more than 8 year’s years’ of experience in the field of surgery.
During his practice he has valued the importance of perioperative care and its effect on the patient outcome. He strongly believes in the value in building perioperative protocol like ERAS and also reducing narcotic use.
Erica Gemmill,
Treasurer, Board MemberErica Gemmill is a CPA with extensive experience in financial reporting, regulatory filings, financial planning & analysis for non-profit entities with a concentration in health care.
During her roles in both public accounting and 20 years in several large healthcare organizations, she serves as an integral part of financial management teams to assure respective organizations achieve their mission while remaining financially viable.
Aayush Bajaj
IT consultant / Technology SupportAs an IT consultant for GPMS, Aayush is responsible for providing guidance and recommendations on technology-related matters.
With a degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Aayush has gained a broad range of skills and knowledge in areas such as robotics, automation, systems design, and software development.
He now specializes in creating web based scalable systems, and firmware development.
Katelyn Kirby,
administrative coordinatorKatelyn Kirby serves as the administrative coordinator for GPMS and has been with the company since its founding.
She brings more than twelve years administrative experience, part of that experience being for a large healthcare organization.
